So I had a bout of sad, hysterical laughter last night. Because I realized that I probably won’t be able to compete on the Amazing Race because of my status. 

Possible silver lining? My status makes me stand out from the crowd; thus, improving my chances of being selected. 

Probable outcome: CBS doesn’t want to be liable, even if I sign a shit ton of waivers. My doctor would likely refuse as well. 

Of all the things that I have learned I can no longer do (like join the Army, for example), this one hurts the most. 

Priorities, right?
